You Stand Before The Lord
1. Pigeon up. Stand upright. Keep your feet together or in Victory-shape to maintain good balance.
2. Keep your hands together in front of you, in the prayer mode, with the hands in diagonal, 450, direction.
Mindfulness
When the Cherubim and Seraphim sing, all their heart, mind, attention, focus shall be on the altar. It is how serious a person is that makes others not to disturb, interfere or intrude in what the person is doing. They may come near, but then withdraw back.

Performance
What pleases God most are songs that are ordered in sequence.
While you sing, bear in mind that God is present.
Glorious
Footsteps
The Angels move in such ways that show that their body is full of beauty and glory. The Cherubim and Seraphim have to learn the walking styles of the Angels. Learn everything that you see the Angels do, and also learn how the Angels do so. Make your footstep glorious and beautiful – stylish, nlecha.
Use the cat-walking style, for those it fits very well, because all legs are not the same.
Son of man, there is a way you behave, what you are telling God is that He has never given you anything. But there is a way you beg with your hands, showing Him there is power in you, that God has already given you something. Your gesture may mean that you are telling God that He has never given you anything. Walk in such ways that shows that God has made you a king, that God has blessed you.
Laughter
Avoid wild laugher.
The way you laugh shows whether you are well-trained or not.
Aged
People
Sometimes, they behave like people without self-control, like people who are weak or very weak.
Keep
Your Bag Aside
Do not carry your bag or hand bag, while you stand to address the public or gathering, unless such is sudden.
Scratching
Scratch your body in a slight, if possible unnoticed, way, without frowning and without restlessness, without violent scratches. Do so quietly and silently.
Conversation
When you are talking with people:
1. Keep your hands over lapping, to show that you a paying attention and listening.
2. Keep your hands interlocking, to show that you are attentive and considerate.
3. Keep your hands close to your body, without wild demonstration.
4. Do not touch or shake people while you are speaking.
Speaking
Speak with power and authority.
When you speak, add good and gentle demonstrations, make it lively.
Breast
Care
Keep your breasts full and ball-like, and not weak, loose or dangling, indecent or empty. It should not be blurred, flat or depressed.
White
Garments
Back zip of your white garments shall stop just before the waist.
The flaps of the crown scarf shall be long. The two may be at the front, at the back, or one in the front and one at the back. They may be tied in any uniform style, that is both good and glorious, by all the members of the Cherubim and Seraphim.
Inner wear shimmy shall have the same design, lengthwise, material, colour, style and tailor, uniformity.
Shimmy should not be noticed at the top or at the base designs, which is usually in the form of a lace.
The flap or hand of the shimmy should not be seen or noticed on the shoulders.
The neck shall not be too wide, not oversize. When the neck is too wide, the wearer appears to be pale, hungry or skinny. And when it is too small, undersize, it makes the wearer uncomfortable or white garment not zipped up.
Long sleeves shall stop at the wrists, and not before or after the wrist, to avoid undersize or oversize.

Do not walk like a poor, local person, who is uneducated.

Always treat yourself as a very important personality.

Of Mirror
Check and correct your by using mirror.
Relationship
See yourselves in each other, as yourself, just as one candlelight can multiply itself into several candlelights. The same fire in different places, on different candle sticks.
You have to learn the good characters of each other. You have relate among yourselves like the Cherubim and Seraphim. Love, to the extent that you see yourself in each other. And you will be saying or asking, “I am two persons.”
That is why you were given Archangel Uriel, the spirit of peace. His vibration is not like the vibration of Archangel Michael, the spirit of war. Archangel Uriel is also a warrior when necessary. He is not the same with archangel Raphael, because their works are different, and their vibrations are different also.
A person is given the type of heart that fits the work that the person is doing. Hence, there spirits of peace, gentility, war, etc.
If you give the Cherubim and Seraphim an angel that is full of powers, he will be flogging them from time to time (na apiakasi haa aru). That is why they have being given Archangel Uriel.
